Understand every document before you sign
Contracts, deeds, notices and deadlines come in Spanish, and the Spanish legal system works very differently from common-law systems. We explain in English what you are signing, which deadlines are running and the role of the notary and the Land Registry. Official procedures are conducted in Spanish and, where necessary, we arrange sworn translations.
